Daily Soup

Absolutely obsessed with the soups! both the pumpkin spice and black bean are perfect for a fall day :)

Hummus Where the Heart Is

The hummus here is not overly oily or chalky. It's the perfect smooth texture to complement the greens. I love the addition of the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers giving some juicy texture so that the salad doesn't feel dry. This is an overall solid entree and you can't go wrong here.

Shake your Cauliflower

Had a delicious salad with broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, and egg, with the miso dressing. I love a good abnormal salad and it was so amazing!!!!

Naughty Pops

Great combo of flavors. The addition of sweet potatoes was a nice touch as it contrasts the more salty cheese and dressing on top. Loved how large the potato was. This is probably the best loaded potato you will find in San Diego.

Taco 'bout Us

I come to the area every year and make sure to stop by for this salad. This year I've had it 3 times so far this year and there's no stopping me from coming back again for another.

UnDressing

WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG TO TRY THIS PLACE? WOW. Today was my first time visiting Our Green Affair and I am pleasantly shocked! I ordered the option to build my own Salad (listed out below) and it was tastefully delicious! I paired it with their unDressing and the lite and tangy dressing was perfect and packed with so much flavor! I placed my order online through their website which was super easy and when I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by a kind, welcoming individual named Karen. Karen was so sweet and super friendly. She told me about the history of Our Green Affair and was so inviting! She also offered two samples of their soups; I am so glad she did! They were flavorful and delicious. Clearly, there is a theme here! I ended up ordering their Pumpkin Spice soup to-go which came with their grilled sourdough bread. Salads aren't always my first choice but eating here could have changed that! Trust me when I say that I will be going back and ordering more salads and soups from Our Green Affair, especially as a Mom-to-be! Baby and I were both satisfied with our fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and friendly service! We plan to be back VERY soon! Shake your Cauliflower

I love the Za'tar flavoring with the cauliflower, it's extremely unique for a salad ingredient. I also LOVE the sweet potato here, it adds that subtle sweetness that you don't get in any salad in town.

Hummus Where the Heart Is

I love the inclusion of the alfalfa, tomatoes, and cucumbers as they make the entire dish very refreshing. The cilantro tahini dressing is fantastic and not overly oily or dense. The addition of quinoia is a nice touch over rice. The hummus is just the cherry on top. This is an extremely well thought out and flavorful salad and is a hallmark of this restaurant's attention to detail.
